how to get a six pack abs? that is a question that asked frequently by many. I also had this question few months ago, but I think I found the fastest and the easiest way from all, and I want to share it with others. Let me start with telling you, there is no magic solution, there is only logic solution. Few months ago I started a program called “Six Pack Shortcuts”, this program helped me a lot to get the body i want. I collected some tips on how to get a six pack fast, based on what i learned mainly from the Six Pack Shortcuts program. I hope the tips will help you get your goals.
TIP 1: Effective Abs Exercises
The first tip, and the most important tip I’m gonna tell you about how to get a six pack fast, is obviously workout effectively on your abs. There are thousands of exercises for the belly area and the abs, of course not all of them are efficient equally. some of them may even hurt your back if you do it not carefully. It is better to do the sets less and slow, than fast a more. Do about 2-3 sets of each different exercise. Also use exercises that targeting a certain area (lower abs, upper abs, inner abs, and sides abs).
here is a short video that demonstrate some abs targeted exercises, by Mike Chang the founder of Six Pack Shortcuts program:
TIP 2: keep eating fat loss foods
It is almost unnecessary to say that just effective exercising is not enough, you also have to keep an organize diet. It’s pretty much depends on the person. most people need to lose 10% of their body fat in order to see some results, but some people need to gain mass in order to have six pack abs. here is an example for 10 fat loss food:
To lose 10% of your body fat, it’s not enough to just change your eating habits, you also need to do aerobic exercising. The aerobic workout will help your body burn faster the fat you want to lose. make your self scheduled workout program, or use an existing program. aerobic workout, I mean running, jumping, intervals, and other exercise that makes your heart beat faster.
Tip 4: set up scheduled goals
The only way to observe your progress is to set yourself goals by weeks. goals of weight, aerobic shape, abs exercising difficulty, and fitness goals. The goals are not just for writing, you have to be serious about it.
as I said at the beginning of the article, I don’t have a magic solution, I offer only logical solution. But it you really want six pack abs, you can easily get it. I think the most effective and fastest way to see result is to use a proven program. I used a program called “Six Pack Shortcuts” made by Mike Chang (the person on the videos in the article). I think now it’s the most popular workout program on the web. This program worked for me, I found it very effective, I’m sure it will be as much effective for anyone who will take it seriously, you can customize this program so that it will absolutely fit you.
Hope this article was helpful, wish you luck…
